Wills and Estates

Mr. Trousdale is experienced in drafting Wills and probating Estates. Without a Will, the estate process is extremely difficult and expensive. Having an updated Will will prevent a person’s child or children from having to pay for an expensive bond; from conducting a full inventory of estate assets and from the difficult task of having an accounting of all the expenditures and payments. Most importantly, it allows the person to divide up all assets in exactly the way they desire.

Divorce and Child Custody

In Alabama, all divorce and custody cases are bench trials, meaning they are tried in front of a Judge rather than a jury. We have experience in thousands of hearings and trials and that experience is critical in evaluating each individual case and giving sound advice as to the potential outcome.

Criminal Law

While Mr. Trousdale has vast experience in this area, at present he is only taking select criminal cases. He has tried countless cases to a jury verdict, including multiple jury trials in Murder, Attempted Murder, and Capital Murder cases.

Personal Injury

Mr. Trousdale is very experienced in handling personal injury and automobile accident cases. He has had a huge success rate at negotiating outstanding settlements without the necessity of a long court process.
